Return and refund

You have a full right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods, provided that you have not used the goods and that they are returned in their original condition and packaging. When returning, you are responsible for the transport risk and shipping costs. When returning goods, enter the order number and name. Refunds are made after we have received an approved return from you. If you have paid by invoice, it is important to notify Klarna of the return to avoid a reminder fee. We follow the Swedish Consumer Agency's recommendations and apply the Distance and Home Sales Act.
